Paul Widman is the founder of Soul Guided Men and has spent years guiding men through transformational group experiences, retreats, leadership development, and one-on-one coaching. Known for his direct yet compassionate approach, Paul helps men break through the patterns that keep them stuck and reconnect with purpose, integrity, and authentic leadership. His work blends practical accountability with deep personal inquiry, creating powerful experiences that lead to lasting change.
Eli Goodsell is the Executive Director of the Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve and a nationally recognized leader in land stewardship, conservation, and eco-cultural restoration. A California-certified prescribed fire burn boss, he has worked alongside Tribal Nations and conservation organizations to support the return of ancestral lands and advance Indigenous stewardship practices. A trusted mentor, long-time member of Paul Widman's original men's group, and co-facilitator for Soul Guided Men retreats, Eli brings wisdom, grounded leadership, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Robin Landsong is an author, Medicine Singer, craniosacral therapist, visual artist, and transformational facilitator whose work brings together sound, nervous-system regulation, embodied healing, intuition, and deep human connection.
Her extraordinary life journey began at eight years old, when she survived two near-death experiences during the Rhodesian War. After being shot, Robin was called back to life by the Medicine Song of a rural Zimbabwean woman—an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of the healing power of voice, presence, and connection. Her story is told in her memoir, Loving Bravely.
Over the decades since, Robin has worked with thousands of people through Singing Medicine, craniosacral therapy, trauma-resolution work, and intuitive guidance, creating experiences that reach beyond intellectual understanding and invite the body into the process of healing and integration.
At The Kingdom Within, Robin brings her unique gift of Singing Medicine into the retreat, creating an opportunity for men to move beyond simply understanding themselves and into a direct, embodied experience of being witnessed, received, and called more fully into themselves.

Men's Retreat was an incredible weekend for men coming together to grow through vulnerability. I experienced a powerful connection to nature, a beautiful connection with other men, and a love that's hard to put into words. This work is so important for building future leaders—men who can hold space for one another, laugh together, cry together, and grow together. I came home changed, and my wife and family noticed. If you know there's more in life you're being called toward, both for yourself and for others, I can't recommend this experience enough.
I've been on two of Paul's weekend men's retreats, and both have accelerated my personal growth. Ironically, the acceleration came from an intentional slowing down. Through Paul's leadership, alongside his co-leader Eli, I was able to let the noise of everyday life drop away long enough to actually meet myself. I discovered parts of myself I'm proud of and want to hold onto, and parts I'm grateful for while also realizing it was time for them to grow and mature.
